Photobucket: Another Widget Driven Exit

Add Photobucket to the list of companies that have have parlayed widget growth to an impressive exit.  TechCrunch has confirmed the rumored acquisition by MySpace of Photobucket for $250M. 

40X last year's revenue looks like a pretty nice multiple :)

AnswerBag, a company/widget that I reviewed several weeks ago, has been purchased by Demand Media.  This happened about two weeks ago, but oddly, I haven't seen any discussion in the blogosphere.
