Thanks for the link, Lawrence - interesting and a critical topic right now at the company I just joined. We're the Tokyo office of Talent2, an Australian executive search firm, and the 3 guys who have started it up (just a couple months ago) are determined to bring on only the best. Problem of course is always the sometimes self-defeating, opposing force that is the urgent need to hire someone yesterday. Wish us luck!
