One of my favorite widgets is Plaxo's "Check My Pulse" widget, as seen in my left sidebar. It aggregates your social media activity from any site that provides an RSS feed, and displays your activity chronologically in a nice little Javascript sidebar widget.
My Plaxo widget is currently aggregating the following services; RateItAll Reviews, Yelp Reviews, RateItAll Blog Posts, Dodgeball check-ins (yes, I am the last person still using Dodgeball), Sexy Widget Blog Posts, Last.FM weekly top bands (implicit, auto post), Flickr photos, Utterz audio posts, and Upcoming events. It's like my social media diary, and because it's a widget, I can put it anywhere.
Tumblr, the blog aggregator / platform, doesn't let you do this. FriendFeed has something, but it's a bit cluttered for my taste. You could mash up the various feeds using Yahoo! Pipes, but that's sort of a pain in the ass.
All in all, the Plaxo Check My Pulse widget is best in class for tracking and displaying all of your social media activity. You can configure one here.
