The Elusive White Widget

Things have been a bit quiet here on Sexy Widget recently - my employer has been pushing through a new release of its consumer review widget which stamped out a few nagging bugs, and introduced a white widget (modeled in my left sidebar).

This widget is now hooked into RateItAll's entire database of consumer review content.  So you can now grab widgets to rate not just blogs on your own site, but also bands, taquerias, beer, politicians, movies, and much more.  We're pretty excited about it - here's an example of our Barack Obama widget.

We're hopeful that within 6 months, most of the site's rating activity will happen on domains other than RateItAll.com.

Great to hear that you all are widgetizing more of RateItAll. The site definitely lends itself well to this widget strategy, if done right.

Now, where's the Facebook widget/app. ;)
