Listed below are links to weblogs that reference The Four Pillars of a Distributed Web Strategy:

Comments

hi, Lawrence, this is a great post

"So is anybody knocking the ball out of the park on ALL of these distribution elements?"

I guess the obvious one is Google (perhaps so obvious that it may also be the unwritten '5th pillar' in your post). Amazon is doing a few interesting things (though they discontinued their browser toolbar a while back). It will be interesting to see if they can integrate better into facebook, & whether they can integrate a facebook api back into amazon.com at some point.

Looking forward to reading more,

daniel

Wow, Google didn't even cross my mind - and they should have. They have a dominant toolbar, the most successful widget of all time in AdSense, numerous APIs - no Facebook app though :)

I think that I would lump the widget and facebook components of your model into a general application syndication category column. I think that their will be a convergence between these two over time and, frankly, they are not that different if you can get past the semantics (widget v. app). Crazy?

Ha, I'm just seeing your comment now... about 2 hours after I posted: "If you buy into what Clearspring is trying to do, these two categories become one."

As always we are in the Vulcan mind-meld. :)

It's good that we are able to take the home loans moreover, that opens new possibilities.

I am really interested in this program but I do not know much about it. After reading your article, i have more experiences to work with it. Your post is interesting and picturesque. I hope i can get your post in next time. Keep on!

should I make some sort of backup before doing this?

perform Internet functions like search while also pulling down Web programming like YouT

I do think the importance of building and executing a distributed web strategy is growing. It will be fun to see which companies solve this, and if any of the monster destination properties show an interest in distribution

The credit loans seem to be essential for guys, which want to start their own organization. By the way, that's very comfortable to get a auto loan.

There are a few more "entertaining" channels on roku than most people are aware of because they are not in the channel store and are not public. they are in private beta testing. go into the roku forums and you will be able to find the code to access NBC, CBS, HBO, PBS, FOX, CNN and lots more.

This is a must see movie for every young person who wants to be an actor.
