Is there any question that MySpace and LinkedIn are going to follow Facebook in allowing outside developers to build apps for their respective communities?
It may make sense to start thinking about what your app(s) might look like for these two communities.

LinkedIn is going for IPO. I am having trouble understanding what kind of long term value LinkedIn provides given that it's a catch-and-come-rarely model.
I check my LinkedIn account only when someone else adds me to his/her list. And that's it. I don't go to the account. Because I haven no idea what others are doing.
Even if they open up they are too late. F8 already has filled the void.
Simply stated, I won't build my app for LinkedIn.

Who knows, maybe if there were some cool third party apps on LinkedIn, you might find more reasons to use the site.

Have no enough cash to buy some real estate? Do not worry, just because this is achievable to take the credit loans to solve all the problems. Thence get a student loan to buy all you want.
